Job summary

Armco Capital Inc. is seeking a reliable General Maintenance Worker to join our property management team in Mont-Tremblant, Canada. The role supports day-to-day upkeep, apartment turnover preparation, and seasonal tasks to keep residents safe and comfortable.

Responsibilities include maintenance of common areas, basic repairs, cleaning, snow removal, and assisting with turnovers. A valid driver's license is an asset; candidate should be dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently

Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance, construction, renovations, or general labour is an asset.
• Good physical condition and ability to perform manual labour.
• Familiarity with basic hand and power tools.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
• Reliable, punctual, and team oriented.
• Valid driver's license is considered an asset.

• Assist with apartment turnovers, including painting, cleaning, and minor repairs.
• Conduct routine property inspections and report maintenance issues.

• Assist with seasonal duties, including snow removal and landscaping.
• Move and install equipment, materials, and supplies as needed.
• Respond to basic resident service requests.
• Follow all health and safety procedures and company policies.
