Qualifications

• Experience in building or facilities maintenance is an asset.
• Strong organization and attention to detail in daily tasks.
• Ability to prioritize multiple requests and complete work on time.
• Effective communication and ability to work independently or with others.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine building maintenance and minor repairs, incl. painting, drywall repairs, hanging pictures, shelving, and fixtures.
• Respond to maintenance requests and complete assigned work promptly.
• Inspect building systems and equipment to ensure proper operation.
• Assist skilled trades as needed and maintain safety standards on site.
