Job summary

An approved Building Systems Technician certificate and relevant licenses are required, with refrigeration and boiler certifications preferred. The position follows a 14x8 hour rotation with days, weekends, standby and a competitive pay

Qualifications

• Building Systems Technician certificate is required.
• Power Engineering License is required per Boiler & Pressure Vessels Safety Act.
• Valid Class 5 driver's license is required.
• Additional Refrigeration and boiler operation certificates may be required by the job.

• Operate and monitor computerized building control systems.
• Independently perform major repairs/installations on complex building systems and equipment.
• Maintain facility/plant systems and equipment; ensure safety and reliability.
