• 1-3 years of local commissioning experience or 5 years experience working directly with mechanical HVAC systems.
• Preference for university degree or technical diploma in engineering, engineering technology, or HVAC systems.
• Knowledge of commissioning processes per LEED, ASHRAE, BCxA, and others.
• Excellent communication skills and professional demeanour.
• Detail oriented and able to work unsupervised.
• Proficient in MS Office, Adobe, and Windows software.
• Preference for experience with building management software and design.

Responsibilities

• Execute complete building commissioning on projects of varying type, size, and location.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, field personnel, subcontractors, and technical support staff to deliver commissioning services.
• Ensure timely delivery of professional commissioning services to building owners and constructors.
