Job summary

Euna Solutions is seeking a Software Implementation Consultant to lead enterprise-level budget software deployments for public sector clients. You’ll run discovery sessions, map current and future-state workflows, and coordinate data migration with the technical team to ensure successful integration with Euna Budget Enterprise.

You will guide change management, maintain strong client relationships, and oversee multiple concurrent implementations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience with budget software implementation or working in a budget office.
• Experience leading discovery workshops and documenting future-state requirements.
• Strong change management instincts and ability to guide customers through process changes.
• Excellent project management skills across multiple implementations and timelines.
• Ability to design future-state workflows and manage scope effectively.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of enterprise-level implementations, managing scope, timeline, risk, and stakeholder communication from kickoff through go-live.
• Primary customer point of contact throughout the implementation lifecycle, building trust and setting expectations.
• Plan and facilitate discovery sessions with stakeholders to document current-state workflows and requirements.
• Design future-state workflows that meet objectives while accounting for constraints.
• Oversee data migration activities and understand SQL constructs to explain outcomes to the team.
• Explain DB logic and stored procedures to the technical team; liaise with Product/Dev teams as needed.
• Monitor tasks, ensure deliverables meet quality standards, and coordinate timely verifications.
• Support testing, training, and go-live readiness; serve as escalation point for support.
