The position supports flexible work arrangements (in-office, hybrid, remote) and can be based in any SGI office in Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Alberta, or Ontario. Strong leadership and strategic planning are essential.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Business or Training/Education.
• Eight years of experience including four years in leadership.
• Four years' experience in Property & Casualty brokerage operations and carrier relations.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to navigate a dynamic environment and prioritize work.
