About the Role:

The Brick Associate, Visual Merchandising plays a critical role in enhancing the in-store customer experience by creating visually appealing and strategically designed merchandise displays. This position is responsible for translating brand guidelines and marketing strategies into compelling visual presentations that drive sales and promote product awareness. The role requires collaboration with store management and marketing teams to ensure displays are timely, relevant, and aligned with promotional campaigns. The associate will regularly assess and refresh visual layouts to maintain a dynamic and engaging shopping environment. Ultimately, this position contributes to the overall success of the store by attracting customers and encouraging product interaction through effective visual storytelling.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in retail visual merchandising or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of design principles and retail display techniques.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Post-secondary education in visual merchandising, design, marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Proficiency with visual merchandising software or design tools.

  • Ability to lift and move merchandise and display materials as needed.
