Job summary

The Brick is hiring a Sales Consultant in Canada. You will help customers, guide purchases through relationship selling, and maintain knowledge of Brick products and services in a fast-paced retail environment.

This 100% commission role offers a flexible benefits package and opportunities for career progression. Shifts include evenings and weekends with a focus on customer service and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Proven ability to multitask and stay organized.
• Ability to learn new computer applications.

Compensation:

This position is 100% commission. Sales Consultantswill receive credit for the hours worked within the pay period and minimum wageis paid for those hours, if commissions are not greater than minimum wage.
