Job summary

Pür & Simple Welland is looking for a friendly server to join our daytime dining team. You will deliver attentive food and beverage service in a fast-paced breakfast setting, ensuring guests feel welcomed and valued.

Greet guests, explain menus, take orders with POS, and maintain clean, inviting service areas while upselling daily features. Weekend/holiay availability is required, with shifts from 6:30 AM to 4:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Smart Serve certification is required.
• 1-2 years of serving experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, manage seating, and create a welcoming first impression.
• Present menus and provide clear, helpful descriptions of menu items.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems.
• Deliver food and beverages efficiently while maintaining presentation standards.
• Upsell menu items and daily features to enhance guest experience.
• Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards are followed.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and ensure complete satisfaction.
• Support team operations including bussing, resetting tables, and assisting during peak hours.
