Job summary

Pür & Simple Welland is seeking a daytime server to deliver friendly food and beverage service in a fast-paced breakfast setting. You will greet guests, present menus, take orders with POS, ensure presentation standards, upsell daily features, and maintain cleanliness and safety.

Weekend and holiday availability is required. Smart Serve certification is required. Competitive hourly pay with tips and on-site parking is offered, with opportunities to grow within a growing North American brand.

Qualifications

• Prior serving experience preferred (1–2 years ideal).
• Smart Serve certification required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, manage seating, and create a welcoming first impression.
• Present menus and provide clear, helpful descriptions of menu items.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems.
• Deliver food and beverages efficiently while maintaining presentation standards.
• Upsell menu items and daily features to enhance guest experience.
• Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards are followed.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and ensure complete satisfaction.
• Support team operations including bussing, resetting tables, and assisting during peak hours.
