Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Breakfast Attendant to join our food & beverage team. You will welcome guests, handle requests and complaints, and ensure a smooth start to their day in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a valid Food Handlers Certificate, reliability, and transport to our location. Part-time hours are 5:30 am–10:30 am (weekdays) and 6:00 am–11:00 am on weekends and holidays.

• Valid Food Handlers Certificate.
• Own transportation required.

Here Is What You Will Be Doing Each Day

As our Breakfast Attendant, you will be working with our food & beverage team to provide courteous and efficient service during the earliest hours of our guests' stay. You will greet our guests, respond to guest requests and complaints in a friendly manner, and go out of your way to ensure guest satisfaction. You will maintain a clean and organized breakfast and surrounding area, and you understand the "clean as you go" process. You will work as part of a dynamic team in a busy, fast paced, environment.

You are self-motivated with a keen attention to detail, have a valid Food Handlers Certificate, and can follow instructions as directed. You understand the importance that exceptional customer service keeps our guests returning and you strive to be a part of the success. Please note that our hotel is not located on a bus route - therefore you must have your own transportation. This position is 5:30 am to 10:30 am Monday to Friday and 6 am to 11 am on Saturday, Sunday, and holidays.
