Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Breakfast Attendant to join our Breakfast team. You will work with the food & beverage team to provide courteous service in the early hours of our guests’ stay and ensure guest satisfaction.

Applicants should hold a valid Food Handlers Certificate and have reliable transportation, as the hotel is not on a bus route. Shifts are 5:30 am–10:30 am (Mon–Fri) and 6 am–11 am (Sat, Sun, holidays).

Qualifications

• Valid Food Handlers Certificate required.
• Greet guests and respond to requests.
• Own transportation required due to location not on bus route.
• Early morning shifts 5:30–10:30 weekdays and 6:00–11:00 weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous and efficient service during the earliest hours of our guests’ stay.
• Greet guests and respond to requests and complaints in a friendly manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized breakfast area and follow the "clean as you go" process.
• Work as part of a dynamic team in a busy, fast-paced environment.

Here is what you will be doing each day:
As our Breakfast Attendant, you will be working with our food & beverage team to provide courteous and efficient service during the earliest hours of our guests' stay. You will greet our guests, respond to guest requests and complaints in a friendly manner, and go out of your way to ensure guest satisfaction. You will maintain a clean and organized breakfast and surrounding area, and you understand the "clean as you go" process. You will work as part of a dynamic team in a busy, fast paced, environment.

You are self-motivated with a keen attention to detail, have a valid Food Handlers Certificate, and can follow instructions as directed. Please note that our hotel is not located on a bus route - therefore you must have your own transportation. This position is 5:30 am to 10:30 am Monday to Friday and 6 am to 11 am on Saturday, Sunday, and holidays.
