The role is full-time with availability for early mornings and weekends. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in customer service and a high school diploma or GED. You will greet guests, keep the breakfast area orderly, manage supplies, and uphold safety standards.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a customer service-oriented role.
• Previous host/hostess experience an asset.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet guests
• Ensure the breakfast area is clean and equipment working
• Maintain guest satisfaction
• Enforce safety and security procedures
• Write maintenance notices for equipment needing attention
• Display all food items in line with brand standards
• Promote guest loyalty through actions and manners
• Provide or locate answers to guest inquiries
• Follow vendor recommendations and local food-safety codes
• Present oneself professionally
• Assist with or manage ordering of breakfast supplies
• Report suspicious activity and maintain safety measures
• Other relevant duties as required
