Living Sky School Division No. 202 is seeking an Educational Assistant at Bready Elementary School to join a collaborative learning team.

The role focuses on engaging students in Kindergarten to grade 6, supporting instruction in small groups and in class, and building strong relationships with students, families and staff. The ideal candidate will have Grade 12 and experience in childcare; a post-secondary certificate in Early Learning & Childcare is an asset.

• Post-secondary certificate from a recognized institution in Early Learning & Childcare, Youth Care Worker or equivalent would be considered an asset.

Educational Assistants are an important part of the school team and promote engagement, participation and success of students. The successful applicant will support core subject areas in both small groups and in the classroom.

Qualifications

• Minimum Grade 12 education with at least one (1) year relevant childcare experience
• Post-secondary certificate from a recognized institution in Early Learning & Childcare, Youth Care Worker or equivalent program would be considered an asset
