Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment in Toronto is seeking a Brand Partnerships Intern for Sep–Dec 2026. This full-time fixed-term role supports the Brand Partnerships team across sales and activation, with admin duties, event production at our venues, and partner-led events.

The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, able to multitask under tight deadlines, and eager to learn about music partnerships. Evening and weekend work is expected, with compensation of $22 CAD per hour in Ontario.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support, planning and reporting assistance.
  • Assist in executing partner promotions and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
  • Support with partner ticketing requests and fulfillment.
  • Assist venue site visits, onsite activations, and special hospitality.
  • Collaborate to identify sponsorship opportunities and drive revenue.
  • Develop new business materials with sales & strategy teams.
  • Compile metrics for artist profiles, post-event data, and opportunities.
  • Support creator network initiatives and campaign reporting.
  • Perform other duties as required.

Internship Summary: This is a full-time, fixed-term position from September through December 2026. The Brand Partnerships Intern is responsible for supporting the Brand Partnerships team across both the sales and brand management & activations business units. The role involves administrative support based in the Live Nation Toronto office, production support at events across our owned and operated venues in Toronto, as well as at any partner-led proprietary events. You will also contribute to the efforts of Live Nation Canada’s sales & strategy team inclusive of our digital integration efforts. This role requires someone who is proactive, highly organized, and capable of multi-tasking under tight deadlines.

Learning Objectives
  • Develop an in-depth knowledge of music and live event partnerships.
  • Gain experience compiling, analyzing and reporting essential data.
  • Learn the ins and outs of live event activation and execution.
Role & Responsibilities
  • Assist the team with best-in-class service which includes but is not limited to administrative support, planning & reporting, tracking deliverables, invoicing, team expense reconciliation and assembling partnership information as requested.
  • Assist in executing partner promotions and collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders.
  • Support with partner ticketing requests and fulfillment
  • Assist the Activation and Hospitality teams with venue site visits, onsite activations, proprietary events, and special hospitality, including on show nights as needed (includes evenings & weekends)
  • Support the identification and development of new sponsorship opportunities through prospecting and market analysis to drive net new sponsorship revenue
  • Collaborate with the sales & strategy team to develop new business materials.
  • Compile metrics for artist profiles, post event data, tour opportunities and other data sets for venues, festivals, and events.
  • Assist the creator network businesses in advancing, execution, and campaign reporting.
  • Other duties as required by our Partnerships business.

The expected compensation for this position in Ontario is:$22/hr

Physical Requirements/Work Environment

Sitting for extended periods of time at a computer station or work desk; stands and walks throughout the day; occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.; uses hands and fingers to operate computers and office equipment for up to 8 hours each day; lifts up to 10 pounds regularly; exposed to typical office environment conditions and noise levels.
