Job summary

Champion Petfoods is seeking a Project Manager to lead a 24-month Brand Packaging Refresh, coordinating creative agencies, marketing, technical packaging engineers, and supply chain partners.

Based in Canada (Edmonton) with a hybrid schedule, you will manage end-to-end packaging redesign to meet sustainability goals and regulatory requirements while protecting brand equity and shelf presence across international markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 5+ years of dedicated PM experience in the CPG or related industry.
• Experience managing large-scale packaging artwork refreshes or brand renovations.
• Proficiency with PM software (Asana, Smartsheet, MS Project) and artwork platforms.
• PMP certification is highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end packaging refresh project across design, prepress, and execution.
• Develop and manage cross-functional project timelines and risk plans.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Packaging, Regulatory, and Supply Chain teams.
• Align packaging with sustainability goals and regulatory requirements (EU PPWR, CA SB 54).
