Job summary

Superior Propane Inc. is seeking a Graphic Designer to develop visual assets that support brand, marketing, and customer communications across print, digital, and multimedia channels in the US and Canada.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business goals into compelling designs while maintaining brand standards. This role offers a hybrid work model with initial remote work for GTA-based employees and progression to a standard hybrid arrangement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field is required.
• 1-3 years in digital marketing or related disciplines.
• Ability to develop assets for digital and print channels.
• Experience supporting marketing campaigns and brand initiatives.
• Strong understanding of brand standards and visual consistency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute visual assets for marketing campaigns, customer communications, digital channels, social media, events, sales enablement materials, and corporate communications.
• Develop concepts and design solutions that communicate key messages and support business objectives.
• Ensure materials align with brand standards and visual identity guidelines.
• Design digital assets including email graphics, website imagery, landing pages, digital ads, social content, and presentations.
• Produce print materials such as brochures, sales collateral, and event materials.
• Collaborate with teams and external agencies to meet project requirements and deadlines.
• Support campaign planning by producing assets that boost engagement and lead generation.
• Manage multiple design projects, maintaining quality and timely delivery.
