Irving Oil Ltd. is seeking a Graphic Designer to develop visually compelling marketing materials and brand-focused assets across digital, print, retail and events.

You will work within the Creative Services team, collaborating with designers, communications specialists and internal clients to bring concepts to life while maintaining brand standards. With a strong client-service mindset, you will manage multiple projects, meet deadlines and ensure production-ready files for both print and digital

Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience in graphic design or a related creative field.
• Diploma or degree in Graphic Design or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Provide graphic design support to Irving Oil's business lines to meet objectives of creative briefs.
• Develop concepts by analyzing project requirements and collaborating with stakeholders.
• Produce engaging and on-brand assets across media channels.
• Ensure brand consistency and visual standards across deliverables.
• Create multiple design concepts and provide rationale for high-visibility projects.
• Prepare production-ready files for print and digital applications.
• Collaborate with Communications, Design, and business stakeholders to resolve design challenges.
• Present design concepts and recommendations to clients and project teams.
• Stay current on trends, technologies, and design best practices.
