Pandora in Windsor, Ontario is seeking a Sales Lead to fully immerse in our brand, culture, and product, delivering exceptional customer experiences in-store.

You will support Managers and Sales Associates, aiming to exceed store sales goals, craft unforgettable shopping moments with strong product knowledge, and foster lasting brand loyalty. A flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays is required, with the ability to lift 50+ pounds.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a high-performance selling environment.
• Ability to connect with customers and build relationships.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and POS systems.
