Qualifications

• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous retail experience preferred.
• At least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program.
• Flexibly work in Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns.
• Assist team members as needed.
