Job summary

CYLNDR Studios is seeking a Designer to develop thoughtful design solutions across brand identity, campaign development, social content, and visual storytelling. You will translate briefs into compelling visual systems, present work, and move projects from concept through delivery in a fast-paced studio environment.

The role emphasizes independent project ownership, collaboration with writers, strategists, and producers, and mentoring junior designers.

Qualifications

3–5 years of relevant design experience in an agency, studio, in-house creative team, or similar fast-paced environment.
Strong portfolio demonstrating concept development, brand systems, campaign work, and digital design.

Responsibilities

Develop thoughtful design concepts across branding, campaign, digital, social, presentation, and content projects.
Translate creative strategy and ideas into compelling visual stories, from assets to full brand systems.
Integrates AI into daily design workflows to increase speed and output quality; use generative tools for mockups and social assets.
Produce polished, accurate, and on-brand work across formats, platforms, and deliverables.
Apply a strong understanding of typography, layout, color, composition, hierarchy, and design systems.
