Job summary

Brand Momentum is seeking a Brand Ambassador to actively engage convention attendees, introduce Halo Top products, and drive sampling at the Niagara Falls event. You will convey product knowledge clearly and create a positive brand experience while maintaining a pristine sampling station throughout the day.

The role requires strong communication, reliability, and the ability to manage heavy lifting as part of event setup and teardown at the Fallsview venue.

Qualifications

• Food Handler Certification is required.
• Previous experience in sales, retail, brand ambassador, sampling, or customer service is preferred.
• Outgoing, approachable, and comfortable initiating conversations with customers and event attendees.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced event environment.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to stand for extended periods.
• Must be comfortable with heavy lifting and loading/unloading event materials.

Responsibilities

About the Role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic, customer-focused Brand Ambassador to join our team for an upcoming Halo Top sampling event at the Metro Pharmacy Convention. This role is all about engaging attendees, driving product trial, and creating a positive brand experience. As the face of our brand, you’ll bring energy, professionalism, and a passion for food to every interaction.

Hours:

8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Pay Rate:

$26/hour

Important:

This role involves heavy lifting and loading/unloading equipment and materials before and after the event.
