Job summary

Brand Momentum is seeking brand ambassadors for a premium skincare line in Windsor, Ontario. This part-time in-store role focuses on engaging customers, delivering product demonstrations, and driving sales.

You will build relationships, upsell complete skincare routines, and recruit new clients while collaborating with store teams on promotions and merchandising. A passion for skincare and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in skincare, cosmetics, or beauty retail sales.
• Esthetician certification is an asset, but not required.
• Strong sales mindset with the ability to confidently upsell products.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer engagement skills.
• Comfortable working independently while driving measurable sales results.
• Passion for skincare and delivering high-touch customer experiences.

Location: Windsor
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Duration: Ongoing
Schedule: Part-time, Tuesday to Sunday, 5-10hrs per week.

About the Role

We are seeking results-driven Brand Ambassadors to represent a premium skincare brand in major drugstores across Canada. This role is highly sales-focused, combining expert product knowledge with consultative selling to drive conversion, increase basket size, and recruit new loyal clients. You will act as the face of the brand in-store, delivering elevated experiences that translate directly into sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive in-store sales performance by actively engaging customers and converting traffic into purchases
