POP MART Americas Inc. is seeking energetic Sales Associates to create memorable in-store experiences and act as brand ambassadors. You will engage customers, share POP MART’s collectible world, and guide purchases through storytelling and product knowledge.

The role includes daily store operations, merchandising, inventory management, and maintaining a welcoming environment. Prior retail or service experience is valued and bilingual skills are a plus.

Formación

• 1+ year of customer-facing retail, hospitality, entertainment, or service industry experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience by welcoming guests and building authentic relationships.
• Share POP MART story, artist collaborations, and product offerings to boost sales.
• Educate customers on collectibles, blind boxes, and product launches to inspire purchases.
• Process purchases, returns, exchanges, and loyalty transactions using the POS system.
• Assist with receiving shipments, merchandising, and stockroom organization.
• Maintain store presentation, safety, and inventory accuracy.
