Role Summary

The Trade Marketing Manager develops and executes strategic marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility, market share, and sales through effective engagement with trade partners and customers, focusing on specific brands within our portfolio.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement trade marketing strategies aligned with brand objectives and sales targets.
  2. Collaborate with sales and brand management teams to create integrated marketing plans for key accounts and trade channels.
  3. Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and trade partners for effective program execution.
  4. Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
  5. Plan and execute promotional activities, POS materials, merchandising solutions, and trade shows.
  6. Monitor and evaluate trade marketing initiatives, adjusting strategies to meet KPIs.
  7. Manage trade marketing budgets effectively to ensure ROI.
  8. Provide regular reports and presentations on activities, results, and improvements.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends to innovate and improve strategies.
