Job summary

ND Graphics in St. John’s, Newfoundland, is seeking a Branch Shipper and Receiver to join the warehouse team on a full-time basis.

You will prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup, stock and organize materials, and support inventory management to improve operational efficiency. The role requires a high school diploma, ability to lift 50+ lbs, forklift certification, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Able to lift 50+ lbs regularly.
• Forklift certification required.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup, including loading, packing, labeling, and inspecting products.
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills and maintain a clean, organized warehouse.
• Meet physical demands: stand, lift, push, and pull as needed.
• Coordinate freight handling and rotation of stock; arrange disposal of damaged materials.
• Communicate clearly and follow written and verbal instructions and safety procedures.
• Assist customers in person or by phone, supporting customer service excellence.
• Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts and inventory systems.
• Work independently within a collaborative team environment.
