Job summary

Portland Tractor Inc. is seeking a Shipper/Receiver to join our team in Grand Prairie, Alberta. You will handle all shipping and receiving of parts in our warehouse and ensure accurate documentation and timely dispatch.

The role requires a valid drivers license and forklift experience; you must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work both independently and as part of a team. Competitive compensation and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Valid drivers license.
• Forklift experience or forklift operator ticket desired.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to learn new tasks quickly and adapt to changing priorities.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and work both independently and with a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare shipping documents including BOLs, packing lists, and invoices.
• Coordinate with Sales team and schedule shipments.
• Load shipments onto carrier trucks.
• Track orders in transit and respond to courier requests.
• Maintain warehouse parts and supplies; receive parts and machine lots.
• Perform lifting and handling of materials as required and process returns.
