Job summary

Alabama Credit Union is seeking a Branch Operations Support Professional to deliver high-quality service to branch and operations teams. You will respond to questions about ACU policies, procedures, and various applications, including branch systems, new accounts, and e-services.

The role is based in West Alabama and emphasizes prompt, courteous problem resolution. The position requires at least two years of ACU experience in branch operations, with preferred familiarity of Corelation systems

Qualifications

• At least two years of ACU branch or Member Care experience.
• Superior knowledge of ACU e-services and branch cash machine operations.
• Understanding of governmental regulations for financial institutions.
• Expert knowledge of Alabama Credit Union products.
• Understanding of latest vendor processes; Notary and Medallion rules/regulations.
• Ongoing self-education; manager recommendation required for position.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality service to branch and operations staff via phone, email, IM, and help desk tickets.
• Assist with information preparation, review, and implementation for internal knowledge base.
• Interface with support departments to resolve issues for team members.
• Assist with creating and analyzing reports for training and development.
• Complete back-office reports related to deposit accounts as assigned by manager.
• Handle ITM state-wide responses and online account application reviews.

The Branch Operations Support Professional will provide high-quality service by responding to ACU branch and operations team members seeking answers to questions about ACU policies, procedures as well as various applications including (but not limited to) branch systems including new accounts, branch related cash machines, and all e-services. Responds promptly and courteously with the intent to reconcile all problems in accordance with the Branch Operating Standards.

Required two plus years of Credit Union experience in branch operations. Preferred experience with Corelation system.

Duties

• Provides support to branch team members through multiple communication options such as: phone, email, IM, and help desk tickets
• Assist with information preparation, review and implementation for internal knowledge base
• Interfacing with support departments to provide problem resolution for team members
• Assisting with creation and analysis of reports to help with training and development of team members
• Completing back-office reports related to deposit accounts, such as override, dormant/inactive, escheatment and other reports as assigned by manager
• ITM Interactive state-wide response and review
• Online Account application reviews
