White Cap is seeking a Branch Operations Leader in Ottawa who will support talent acquisition, development, and retention of branch sales and operations associates, and may manage the location in the absence of the branch manager. The role requires operating a company or personal vehicle and a satisfactory MVR.

You will implement internal policies, supervise inventory, shipping/receiving, and drive branch sales and profitability while coaching staff and aligning with company procedures.

Competenze

• BS/BA in related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in a related field.
• Ability to lead branch operations and supervise staff.

Mansioni

• Manage branch duties in manager's absence.
• Support procurement, inventory control, shipping and receiving, warehousing, and sales.
• Interview applicants, train associates, and enforce HR policies.
