Job summary

Xylem in Mississauga is seeking a Branch Operations Specialist to support sales and branch operations, handling contracts, billing, invoicing and inventory control. The role demands attention to detail and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

You will manage orders in ERP systems, coordinate equipment movements, assist with training, and ensure policies are followed. On-site position with a strong focus on customer service and process improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus 5 years of applicable work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of applicable work experience.

• Identify and raise awareness towards process gaps to enable efficiency & effectiveness
• Assist with process analysis and resolution identification
