Job summary

At BMO, we support branches and regions by delivering efficient operational support and robust compliance with regulatory requirements. This role manages client documentation, coordinates with stakeholders, and supervises daily activities to uphold service standards and risk controls.

You will contribute to filing systems, data entry, and the processing of work orders while maintaining assets and privacy, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting across departments.

Qualifications

• Typically between 2-3 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field of study desirable or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Basic specialized knowledge.
• Verbal & written communication skills - Good.

• Analytical and problem solving skills - Good.

Responsibilities

• Manages client documentation for correspondence and set-up.
• Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to deliver on business objectives.
• Supervises day-to-day operational activities by coordinating the work flow of less-experienced staff.
• Organizes and files records of office activities and business transactions; administers filing system for reports, forms, and other documentation.
• Creates, maintains, and enters information into databases.
• Assists with coordination and processing of work orders for equipment warranties, maintenance, and repairs.
