Branch Manager —— Property Insurance Broker

Overview:

Aibao Insurance is a licensed insurance brokerage company in Ontario. The core team has 20 years of experience in the industry and holds professional insurance academician qualification.

As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for managing and leading the insurance broker team in the region. You will develop and execute regional business strategies, establish and maintain relationships with clients, and oversee the sales and marketing efforts. Additionally, you will monitor market trends and competitor activities, identify opportunities for growth, and ensure excellent customer service.

Skills:

  1. MUST hold a valid insurance license (RIBO, OTL).
  2. Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to prospect, qualify leads, and close sales effectively.
  3. Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients, understand their needs, and address their concerns.
  4. Proficiency in Mandarin/Cantonese and English.
