Position Details
  • Type: 1099 Contractor
  • Location: Vermont - Remote. Candidates MUST reside and be licensed in Vermont.
Scope of Work
  • Manage a team of licensed sales agents, ensuring compliance with regulations and best practices.
  • Implement risk management strategies and update state-specific policies.
  • Provide brokerage support to agents, ensuring adherence to licensing laws and MLS participation.
  • Train agents on contracts, risk management, licensing, and legal requirements.
  • Establish a scalable regional management structure.
  • Collaborate with departments including brokerage operations, finance, and support.
  • Assist agents with transaction issues and requests.
  • Develop and improve brokerage operations manuals.
  • Promote innovation in brokerage operations.
  • Utilize remote digital tools for communication and collaboration.
Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in real estate, sales, or brokerage operations.
  • Proven leadership in recruiting and influencing agents.
  • Excellent interpersonal, strategic, and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly organized with multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience managing at least 50 agents.
