ATB Financial is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a local ATB branch with an entrepreneurial spirit, driving growth and branch profitability. You’ll manage operations, develop business relationships, and mentor staff while delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced community setting.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years previous experience in retail banking or commercial lending.
  • Post secondary education in business, commerce, or equivalent experience or financial training.
  • Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Be proactively involved in the community and with your clients, and don’t just wait for business to walk through the door.

Knowledge, Skills And Experience
  • 3-5 years previous experience in retail banking or commercial lending
  • Post secondary education in business, commerce, or equivalent experience or financial training
