We are looking for a Branch Manager, Personal Insurance to join BrokerLink at our Ottawa-Cyrville office in Eastern Ontario on a permanent full-time basis.

Role Responsibilities:

• Build and lead a highly engaged team
• Drive growth and deliver exceptional customer experience
• Develop business strategies with management and peers for outperformance
• Implement plans leveraging team talents and regional collaboration
• Promote growth and brand awareness through marketing initiatives
• Oversee recruiting and staffing
• Manage, coach, and develop team members, including regular one-on-ones and succession planning
• Build and execute engagement plans to motivate staff and communicate company objectives
• Ensure service quality standards are met
• Enhance customer experience through tools and programs
• Address service and sales issues proactively and follow up on escalated client concerns
• Maintain strong relationships with insurer partners
• Assist in preparing and monitoring branch budgets

Candidate Requirements:

• Leadership and management experience in insurance brokerage
• Proven success leading engaged teams across multiple locations
• Experience in a hybrid work environment
• Customer needs understanding (internal and external)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Team player and collaborator
• Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel within the region
• Bilingual in English and French is an asset
