We are seeking a Branch Manager to join our Commercial Insurance department at one of our Alberta Prairie Region Locations on a Permanent Full-Time basis.

Role Overview

Build and lead a highly engaged team, drive growth, and deliver exceptional customer experience. Collaborate with management and peers to develop and implement business strategies, and contribute to regional marketing initiatives. Manage recruitment, coaching, and development of your team, ensuring service quality standards are met. Develop strong relationships with insurer partners and oversee branch budgets.

Qualifications
  • Leadership and management experience in insurance brokerage operations.
  • Proven ability to lead engaged teams across multiple locations.
  • Insurance Designation (CAIB, CIP, FCIP, AIIC, RIBO, or AIC Level 2) required.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills.
  • Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • Ability to travel within the region as needed.
