Job summary

goeasy Ltd, a leading consumer lender in Canada, is hiring a Branch Manager in Vaughan to lead a high-performing team and drive branch and portfolio goals.

You will welcome customers, train staff, manage schedules, and ensure accounts stay in good standing while cross-selling financial products. This role offers competitive pay, bonuses, and a supportive culture focused on development and inclusion.

Qualifications

• Some leadership experience overseeing different functionalities, preferably in a sales environment.
• Excellent communicator who is people- and results-oriented.
• Experience in training and managing a small team.
• Must be computer-savvy with the ability to quickly adapt to new software applications.
• Able to pass background checks (criminal, employment, and credit).
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada on a full-time basis; sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Create a vision and objective, leading your team to hit your branch, portfolio goals and capitalize on cross-sales and add-on products.
• Plan schedules, administer timesheets, manage payroll, and other ad hoc administrative duties.
• Build superior customer sales experiences by welcoming and engaging customers in person, over the phone, and by email.
• Demonstrate compassion and empathy for our customers by understanding their situation and needs and matching them to a suitable financial product.
• Manage the health of your branch’s portfolio by ensuring accounts are in good standing and preventing delinquency.
• Secure all required information to fulfill customer applications for products and services with strong attention to detail.

A day in the life of a Branch Manager:

We are offering$48,204.00 - $56,547.00/year CADfor this role, plus the opportunity to earn monthly bonuses.
