• Approval as a Registered Representative (RR) with CIRO.
• CIRO Supervisor License is an asset.
• Experience in communicating business strategy.

Responsibilities

• Support Advisor teams and solve day-to-day issues.
• Assist the Branch Manager with the Total Wealth Strategy.
• Provide coaching and performance management.
• Collaborate with Wealth Specialists to offer client advice.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Create a high-performance team environment.
