Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressively responsible agri-business with a track record in sales, marketing, or branch management.
• 2+ years of leadership experience.
• Certificate in Agriculture, Agri-Business Certificate, or equivalent post-secondary education (combinations of education and experience may be considered).

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage and implement the Branch business plan and operating budget, retail audits, sales objectives and keep invoicing and accounts receivable per policy.
• Direct all branch operations, including facility maintenance to ensure safety, efficiency and profitability.
• Oversee HR activities within the Branch including hiring, performance management, coaching and discipline per policy.
• Maintain sales and inventory records and requisition supplies to align with projections and product movement.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers, division management and industry personnel to promote Nutrien Ag Solutions’ products and services.
• Ensure adherence to Nutrien Ag Solutions’ culture of care and EH&S standards.
