Job summary

Nutrien Ag Solutions is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a key agricultural retail location in Manitoba. You will develop the branch plan, manage budgets, lead staff and drive safety, efficiency and profitability across daily operations.

The role requires proven leadership in agriculture or sales, strong financial acumen and the ability to coordinate with customers and suppliers to grow Nutrien’s market presence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in agriculture and/or sales.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience.
• University degree preferred; high school equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and manage the Branch business plan and operating budget.
• Direct all facility operations to ensure safety, efficiency and profitability.
• Track progress against sales forecasts and goals; take action as needed.
• Define service levels aligned with sales volume and margins.
• Provide staff development and training for Branch employees.
• Maintain sales records, inventories and procurement according to projections.
• Oversee maintenance, safety and regulatory compliance of the Branch.
• Conduct retail audits and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Assess capital requirements and recommend budget needs.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers and leadership to promote Nutrien products.
