Job summary

Chit Chats Express, Inc. is seeking a Branch Floater/Lead in Vancouver to energize and guide our team. You will help run daily operations, motivate staff, and ensure excellent client experiences across Richmond and Vancouver with some Surrey support.

Job Description

We’re looking for a Branch Floater/Lead who brings positive energy, curiosity and care to everything they do.

You’ll help lead our branch operations, support and motivate the team, create great client experiences, and jump in wherever you’re needed to keep things moving.

Lead the branch:Keep daily operations running smoothly, safely and efficiently.

2+ years of retail, branch or customer service experience

Class 1 safety shoes required

Additional Information

Total Rewards and Compensation:

• Starting Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour
• Employer paid Group Benefits (Health, Dental and Vision; 80% coverage).
• Annual Year-End Bonus.
• Birthday leave (Paid).

• This is a Permanent Full-Time position.
