Air Liquide Home Healthcare Canada is seeking a Branch Care Coordinator in Regina, SK to support oxygen, PAP and related therapeutics and diagnostics, while providing excellent customer service.

You will handle administrative tasks, schedule appointments, assist with funding and insurance questions, maintain patient privacy, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure smooth branch operations and a safe, compliant environment.

Qualifications

  • College Certificate or Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Office, Google, with strong data entry skills.
  • Able to work flexible hours and provide service to customers for extended hours.
  • 1–2 years of experience in Office Administration or Call Center.
  • Bilingualism is an asset, but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Provides friendly and helpful service to customers by providing general information, and directing telephone and walk-in inquiries to appropriate staff members.
  • Assist with sales and maintenance of respiratory products, services, and inventory for the branch; provides information/literature to prospective clients.
  • Creates walk-in appointments for therapeutics and diagnostic and adds them to scheduling software and books follow-up appointments for the branch.
  • Provides assistance and answers questions for clients regarding funding program and insurance requirements.
  • Maintains client confidence, privacy and protects company operations by keeping information confidential.
  • Works within a team to achieve optimal customer service.
  • Assists healthcare professionals with the completion of necessary administrative functions and documentations.
  • Supports co-workers and the work of other departments by adhering to all financial operations processes.
  • Protects clients and employees by adhering to infection control policies and protocols.
  • Contributes to a safe work environment by adhesion to safety rules while working and encouraging others to perform in a safe manner. Report unsafe occurrences and/or practices.
  • Seeks to continuously improve the operation of the branch by understanding processes and workflow and participating in quality improvement activities.
  • Assists in the management of equipment including warranty, maintenance and repair for internal assets as well as customer owned medical devices and other products.
  • Other duties as required.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

To provide support in the branch as it pertains to oxygen, PAP, and related therapeutics and diagnostics.
