Job summary

Air Liquide Home Healthcare Canada in Regina, SK seeks a Branch Care Coordinator to support oxygen, PAP, and related therapeutics through friendly customer service and efficient branch operations.

Facilitate the administrative aspects of branch operations while ensuring that they meet the needs of internal and external clients through a commitment to customer service excellence. The incumbent will carry out all responsibilities while promoting Air Liquide Healthcare’s safety and quality practices.● Provides friendly and helpful service to customers by providing general information, and directing telephone and walk-in inquiries to appropriate staff members. ● Assist with sales and maintenance of respiratory products, services, and inventory for the branch. Provides information/literature to prospective clients. ● Creates walk-in appointments for therapeutics and diagnostic and adds them to scheduling software and books follow-up appointments for the branch. ● Provides assistance and answers questions for clients regarding funding program and insurance requirements. ● Maintains client confidence, privacy and protects company operations by keeping information confidential. ● Works within a team to achieve optimal customer service. Assists healthcare professionals with the completion of necessary administrative functions and documentations. ● Supports co-workers and the work of other departments by adhering to all financial operations processes. ● Protects clients and employees by adhering to infection control policies and protocols. ● Contributes to a safe work environment by adherence to safety rules while working and encouraging others to perform in a safe manner.
