Job summary

Air Liquide Home Healthcare Canada is seeking a Branch Care Coordinator to support Sleep Apnea treatments, Oxygen and other respiratory services in Invermere, BC. You will handle administrative tasks, update electronic patient files, and maintain strong customer service across the branch.

The role requires a College Certificate or Diploma, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, 1–2 years in office administration or a call center, and flexibility to work extended hours.

Qualifications

  • College Certificate or Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Office, Google, with strong data entry skills.
  • 1-2 years of experience in Office Administration or Call Center.
  • Bilingualism is an asset, but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide friendly and helpful support to customers and direct inquiries to appropriate staff.
  • Assist with sales and maintenance of respiratory products, services, and inventory.
  • Create walk-in appointments for therapeutics and add them to the scheduling system; follow up as needed.
  • Provide information on funding programs and insurance requirements to clients.
  • Maintain client confidentiality and protect company operations by keeping information confidential.
  • Support branch team to ensure high-quality customer service and safety compliance.

The Branch Care Coordinator To provide support in the branch as it pertains to Sleep Apnea treatments, Oxygen and other respiratory services. As necessary, contacting referral sources and customers to obtain further information to update and complete the electronic patient file. Facilitate the administrative

Aspects of branch operations while ensuring that they meet the needs of internal and external clients through a commitment to customer service excellence. The incumbent will carry out all responsibilities while promoting Air Liquide Healthcare's safety and quality practices.

  • Provides friendly and helpful support to customers by providing general information, and directing telephone and walk-in inquiries to appropriate staff members.
  • Provides information and educational material to prospective clients.
  • Assist with sales and maintenance of respiratory products, services, and inventory for the branch.
  • Creates walk-in appointments for therapeutics and diagnostic and adds them to the electronic scheduling system including follow-up appointments for the branch.
  • Provides assistance and answers questions for clients regarding funding programs and insurance requirements.
  • Maintains client confidence, privacy and protects company operations by keeping information confidential.
  • Works within a team to achieve optimal customer support. Assists healthcare
  • Supports co-workers and the work of other departments by adhering to all financial operations processes.
  • Protects clients and employees by adhering to infection control policies, protocols including cleaning and disinfecting equipment
  • Contributes to a safe work environment by adherence to safety rules while working and encouraging others to perform in a safe manner. Report unsafe occurrences and/or practices.
  • Seeks to continuously improve the operation of the branch by understanding processes and workflow and participating in quality improvement activities.
  • Assists in the management of equipment including warranty, maintenance and repair for internal assets as well as customer owned medical devices and other products.
  • You may be required to perform the role of quality control designate or alternate and complete tasks related to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) for the handling of medical gases, such as the review and sign off of quality records.
  • All necessary training for this role is referenced in Quality Designate Training Matrix, HRM-0003, and must be completed prior to performing the activities.

Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, qualification and other job-related reasons. This job grade falls within a salary band starting at the minimum of $44,000 with opportunity for advancement.
