Wolseley Canada is seeking an organized administrative professional to support daily branch operations, including inventory management, invoicing, and cash reports, in a fast-paced environment.

You will create purchase orders on Oracle, process credits and warranties with vendors, and collaborate across levels to keep processes accurate and timely. The role offers a safety-focused culture, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for career growth.

What will you do:

• Inventory management on a weekly basis and inventory adjustments
• Cash reports
• Invoicing and filing

• Ordering supplies for branch as needed

What will you bring:

• Working knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, Power Point) is required;
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written;

• Must be able to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization;
• Highly organized in prioritizing work and multi-tasking;
