Aritzia in Whistler, BC is seeking an Associate Boutique Manager to lead the team in delivering world-class shopping experiences and building loyal client relationships.

You will drive an optimal balance of sales and service, manage day-to-day team performance, and partner with Business Support to align store operations with corporate objectives while developing a high-performing, engaging roster.

• To lead the team to sell clothes, deliver world-class experiences, and build loyal client relationships.
• To create an optimal balance of sales and service by having the right people, in the right place at the right time.
• To seamlessly own or elevate the invisible details across People, Clients, Product, Space, Risk and Operations that enable an exceptional shopping experience.
• To manage the day-to-day performance of the retail team in support of the business objectives, enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience.
• Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives.
