Job summary

FAM Brands is seeking an Associate Technical Designer to join our Club Division at the new Beverly Hills HQ. You will support the technical design process for men’s and women’s bottoms, preparing technical packages and ensuring fit and quality standards.

You will participate in fit sessions, document comments, review samples, and collaborate with senior designers, product developers, and factories to translate concepts into production-ready samples.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Apparel Technical Design, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of technical design experience in Men’s and Women’s apparel, bottoms focus.
• Basic knowledge of patternmaking, garment construction, and grading.
• Experience with PLM systems, Centric PLM a plus.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and CAD software preferred.
• Strong attention to detail; ability to document and communicate technical information.

Responsibilities

• Provide Technical Design Assistance for Men’s and Women’s Bottoms; create specs, construction details, and measurement charts.
• Participate in fit sessions and document fit comments and pattern corrections.
• Review development samples for fit, construction, and quality; communicate changes.
