Job summary

Dillon's Small Batch Distillers is seeking a motivated packaging associate to support our bottling line in Ontario. You will pack filled bottles, perform quality checks, and help keep the packing area organized and safe.

This role requires the ability to work autonomously, stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and think critically to identify gaps and assist the team. Training is provided in a collaborative distillery hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• An interest in working in the alcohol & beverage space.
• Ability to work autonomously with a strong sense of ownership.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy weights up to 50 lbs.
• Advanced time management skills.
• Strong critical thinking.
• Open to learning and improving skills with a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Pack filled bottles into boxes or cartons and stack them onto pallets
• Perform quality control checks and ensure product is in proper condition
• Ability to identify process gaps and support other team members when needed
• Ensure packaging areas are kept clean and tidy
• Perform basic problem solving techniques and report large or complex problems to the Bottling Line Supervisor
