Job summary

RONA is seeking a delivery driver to join our Rimouski team. You will prepare deliveries and the vehicle, then carry out deliveries to homes and construction sites, tracking shipments until they reach their destination and meeting delivery deadlines.

You will perform routine vehicle maintenance, daily inspections, and ensure safety of equipment. A valid Class 3 license, a clean driving record, and at least 1 year of experience are required, with a focus on health and safety and good physical

Your role:

• Participate in the preparation of deliveries and the vehicle used, such as securing pallets, holding related documentation, etc.
• Carry out deliveries to homes and construction sites
• Track shipments until they reach their destination, while respecting delivery deadlines
• Perform standard vehicle maintenance, document daily inspections and ensure the safety of all equipment
• Work in accordance with store health and safety and loss prevention policies and procedures
• Know and apply road safety rules
• Provide impeccable customer service
• Other related tasks to ensure the store runs smoothly

What we're looking for:
