We're a leading Midwest-based recruiting firm partnering with a top financial services firm in downtown Louisville to find a highly-skilled Bookkeeper / Executive Assistant to join their team. This is a unique, in-office role for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to become a key player in a close-knit team.

Role details

This is an exciting dual-hat role where you'll be the right hand to the CEO while also managing critical financial functions for the company. You'll gain a holistic understanding of how a financial firm operates, and you'll be instrumental in supporting key business decisions. If you're a proactive problem-solver with a meticulous eye for detail and a knack for juggling multiple responsibilities, you will have a direct impact and be a valued contributor to the firm’s success. Team & Culture

  • QuickBooks Online for all bookkeeping and financial management
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reports, presentations, and general administrative tasks
  • Various accounting software for payroll processing
Key Qualifications
  • At least two years of experience in both bookkeeping and executive administrative support.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and high proficiency in QuickBooks Online.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, with a strong sense of urgency and a commitment to handling confidential information with the utmost discretion.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable / receivable, bank reconciliation, and payroll processing in QuickBooks Online.
  • Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including managing schedules, preparing documents, and coordinating meetings.
  • Assist with general office management and organizational tasks.
